If award shows were a family, the VMAs would be the rebellious, tatted-up, glitter eyeshadow-wearing younger sister with a penchant for saying outrageous things just for shock value. This year was no different, with celebrities like Miley Cyrus (who is hosting the event and sure to say something outrageous herself some time throughout the night, if her ensemble is any hint of whats to come) and Nicki Minaj showing up in their full-blown glittery glory.
